1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we may store: your username, email address, profile photo URL, wallet coin balance, transaction history, game progress and statistics, app settings and preferences, login timestamps, and device/browser information for session management — all stored in Firebase Firestore under your unique user ID.

2. How your data is used

We use collected information to: authenticate your identity, sync wallet balances and game progress across devices, apply saved settings, prevent negative coin balances and fraudulent activity, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability and features.

3. PDF and file privacy

PDF files processed in the PDF Studio are handled entirely in your browser using PDF.js and Fabric.js. Your documents are never uploaded to our servers. Firebase Storage is only used if you choose to upload a profile photo.

4. Third-party services

SabKaregaAI uses Firebase (by Google) for authentication, database, and file storage. Pages may include Google AdSense where enabled. These services operate under their own privacy policies. We also load third-party libraries (PDF.js, Fabric.js, QRCode.js) from public CDNs.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser localStorage to save your theme preference and offline game state. Firebase Authentication may set session cookies for maintaining signed-in state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking beyond Google AdSense where applicable.

6. Data retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request data deletion at any time. We will process deletion requests within 5 business days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your stored data, correct inaccurate information, request data deletion, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at getsupport@sabkaregaai.in or use the contact form.

8. Security

Access to user data is protected by Firebase security rules that restrict each user to their own data. Do not share your password, private keys, or sensitive documents through support forms or public channels.

9. Children

SabKaregaAI is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us immediately for removal.
