1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SabKaregaAI (sabkaregaai.in), creating an account, or using any of our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Service description

SabKaregaAI provides browser-based tools including a PDF editor, QR code generator, puzzle game, wallet coin system, and account management features. Services may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time with or without notice.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at getsupport@sabkaregaai.in.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Wallet coins

SabKaregaAI coins are in-app utility points only. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real currency or goods. Coin balances may be adjusted if abuse, automation scripts, exploitation of bugs, or manipulation of the reward system is detected. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in coin fraud.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attack, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or security rules
• Upload malicious, harmful, or illegal files through the PDF tool or avatar upload
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to artificially earn coins or exploit game mechanics
• Misuse Firebase endpoints, APIs, or storage in ways that violate Firebase's terms
• Use the platform for any unlawful activity or in violation of any applicable laws

6. PDF and file processing

All PDF files processed through PDF Studio are handled locally in your browser. SabKaregaAI does not store, access, or transmit the contents of your PDF documents. You retain full ownership and responsibility for any content you edit or export using our tools.

7. Intellectual property

The SabKaregaAI brand, logo, codebase, and visual design are the property of the SabKaregaAI team. Open-source libraries used (PDF.js, Fabric.js, Firebase SDK, QRCode.js) are subject to their respective licences. You may not copy or reproduce the platform for commercial use without written permission.

8. Third-party services

SabKaregaAI integrates Firebase (Google), Google AdSense, and public CDN libraries. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behaviour.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of any information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SabKaregaAI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting getsupport@sabkaregaai.in.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of SabKaregaAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
